Email setup - Evolution. ^

Evolution is an open-source email client, the default installed in some recent versions of Ubuntu. As it also includes support for many Exchange-based email servers it is a particularly useful client when you have several email accounts to manage.

As a picture is worth a thousand words, screenshots are provided below walking through the process of setting up an account in it. This is accessed on first run of the program or, via the following menu navigation: Edit->Preferences->Mail Accounts->Add
